Zhejiang Firsd Group Co. Ltd. was restructured from China Tuhsu Zhejiang Tea Import & Export Co., Ltd. in 1980, a large enterprise with years of experience in foreign trade. The companys registered capital is 150 million RMB, among which Zhejiang Xing he Group Company, one of 500 largest enterprises in China holds the largest share. The companys business scope covers food wholesales, private-labeled foods, garments, textiles & knitting, agriculture-by and native products, arts and crafts, metal materials, construction materials, groceries, hardware & electrical appliances, chemical materials and products, telecom equipment, instruments & meters, electrical and mechanical equipments, estate investments, warehousing services, technical consulting services, and import & export business.

In recent years, with the idea of "adhering main business, moderate integrated, limited diversified", its business scopes. It has become a large comprehensive enterprise involved in import & export, domestic trade, industrial production, real estate, financial investment and etc. In year 2010, the companys annual revenue reached 4 billion RMB, and total volume of foreign trade hit 460 million US dollars. Main export products are: tea, garments, textiles, suitcases and bags hardwareelectrical & mechanical equipments, auto parts & etc., and imports / selling domestically: chemical materials, paper pulp, paper making materials and etc. The company has 18 holding or shared enterprises, among which Zhejiang Tea Group Co., Ltd is its core member. Zhejiang Tea Group is the largest tea enterprise in China and the largest green tea supplier in the world. Owning the famous tea brand Shifeng and Camel, Zhejiang Tea Group adheres to tea business, joints industry and trade, and operates industrially, products covering tea, tea products, tea machinery, organic agricultural products and etc, sales network spreads throughout more than 60 countries and regions.
