INTRODUCTION
Employee Attitude Towards Organization." The study aimed to investigate the factors that shape
employee attitudes towards their organization and examine the impact of these attitudes on job
performance, job satisfaction, and employee retention. Employee attitudes towards their organization
are critical as they can significantly affect an organization's success. Positive attitudes lead to better job
performance, higher job satisfaction, and increased employee retention, while negative attitudes can
result in poor job performance, low job satisfaction, and high employee turnover. Therefore,
understanding the factors that influence employee attitudes and taking appropriate measures to
maintain positive attitudes among employees is essential for organizations. This study aimed to explore
these factors and their impact on organizational performance.
INDUSTRY PROFILE
The metal fabrication industry involves the manufacturing and processing of various metal products
through processes such as cutting, bending, welding, and assembling. The industry is a vital
component of the manufacturing sector and plays a crucial role in the production of many goods,
including transportation equipment, machinery, and consumer products.
The industry is highly diversified, with companies specializing in a wide range of products and
services. Some companies focus on the production of large-scale industrial equipment, while others
specialize in the production of smaller consumer goods.
Overall, the metal fabrication industry is an essential component of the manufacturing sector and
plays a crucial role in the production of many goods. The industry is highly diversified and constantly
evolving, driven by technological advancements and regulatory requirements.
COMPANY PROFILE
Sriram Engineers in Kakkalur Industrial Estate, Tiruvallur is known to satisfactorily cater to the demands
of its customer base. The business came into existence in 2002 and has, since then, been a known
name in its field. It stands located at No 165/6, Indian Bank Colony Behind Aavin Dairy, Kakkalur
Customer centricity is at the core of Sriram Engineers in Kakkalur Industrial Estate, Tiruvallur and it is
this belief that has led the business to build long-term relationships. Ensuring a positive customer
experience, making available goods and/or services that are of top-notch quality is given
prime importance.
This business has a wide range of product offerings and the product/ catalogue list includes Aluminum
Powder Coating Services, Aluminum Powder Coating Services, Coatings Service, Powder Coating for
Aluminum, Clamp etc.
OBJECTIVES OF STUDY

INTERPRETATION
According to the table, 31% of the employees belong to the age group of 36 to 45, while 27% belong
to the age group of 26 to 35. Similarly, 26% of the employees are aged between 46 and 55, 10% are
below 25 years old, and 6% are above 55 years old.

INTERPRETATION:
The table indicates that 88% of the employees in the organization are male, while the remaining 12%
are female. This suggests that there is a significant gender imbalance in the workplace, with male

SUGGESTIONS
• Encourage open communication between management and employees to build trust and foster a

understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Provide a safe and healthy work environment by addressing concerns related to physical and
mental well-being.
• Offer flexible work arrangements to promote work-life balance and reduce stress.

valued and invested in the organization
• Having fair and consistent policies and procedures in place can help to reduce employee turnover
by promoting a sense of trust and stability within the organization
Develop and communicate a clear company mission and vision to help employees understand the

CONCLUSION
A study on employees’ attitude towards the organization this study has revealed that employees'
attitudes towards their organization are influenced by several factors, including job satisfaction,
leadership styles, communication, and perceived organizational support. Overall, the findings suggest
that when employees feel satisfied with their jobs, have supportive leaders who communicate
effectively, and believe that their organization cares about their well-being, they are more likely to have
positive attitudes towards their organization. On the other hand, when employees experience job
dissatisfaction, feel unsupported or undervalued, and perceive communication breakdowns, their
attitudes towards their organization tend to be negative.
It is recommended that organizations pay attention to these factors and take appropriate measures to
improve them, such as offering training and development opportunities, providing clear and frequent
feedback, recognizing and rewarding employees' achievements, and creating a positive work
environment. By doing so, organizations can promote positive attitudes among their employees, which
can lead to better performance, reduced turnover, and increased organizational effectiveness.
