sanctions/deputation orders. Costing details already shared with
GOI Ministries & State Governments.

• All GOI Ministries, State Governments to finalize travel plans, book


tickets & communicate to Indian Embassy and DPIIT
Logistics (2/3)
• Accommodation and transport has been arranged by Embassy
of India for entire delegation including industry. State Govt.
and industry delegates to make payments to Indian Embassy
directly. FICCI to coordinate for Industry.

• DPIIT shall coordinate room allotment for whole delegation.

• Indian Mobile phones on International roaming work in


Vladivostok. For government officials local sim can be provided
by the Embassy of India.
Logistics (3/3)

• Indian Vegetarian food is being arranged by the Embassy


of India

• No Visa required for Diplomatic & Official Passports.

• For Personal Passports, E-Visa needs to be applied for.

2 Primorsky Krai MoU to set up a diamond cutting and


polishing unit
The province has developed a Eurasian
SAKHA
REPUBBLIC Diamond Center on the free territory of
the Free Port of Vladivostok. The center
will be a cluster to process and trade
rough diamonds.

increasing tourist flow to visit Lake Baikal
Lake Baikal is the world’s deepest and largest

2 Primorsky MoU to set up of Casino resorts at the


Krai entertainment zone to accommodate
MAGADAN increasing tourist flow to Vladivostok.
MoU on Cruise Tourism: Growth potential of a
tourist flow due to cruise tourists up to 500,000
p.a. with a spend of USD 200M.

3 Magadan MoU for Mining of Gold and Silver


Maximum gold deposits and second highest
silver deposits in the region. Rich resources of
