We are left with the questions of what healthcare actually entails, and
what the government can do to promote its citizens' health. In claiming
that health is a basic human right, how can one reconcile the concurrent
trend of seeing health and healthcare as commodities or economic
goods? In what areas do public and private interests converge or
conflict?
