IT’S A COMPANY THAT WAS IT’S RESPONSIBLE FOR THEY BUILT SO MANY THINGS,
ESTABLISHED IN THE 1970S. CONCRETE AND SUCH AS CAIRO AIRPORT,
CONSTRUCTION WORK. BRIDGES AND THE NEW
EXTENSION IN MIVIDA
COMPOUND IN NEW CAIRO.

from both the managers and the
employees and we asked them all

hire their employees.
• The managers discussed their wants and needs
and what they’re looking for in their
employees.
• The managers put out the company’s and
employees’ problems and implemented the
solutions.
• The employees stated that they love working
for the company and the managers were so fair
with selecting their job and departments.
• The employees faced problems with the
company as receiving low salaries and given
extra hard jobs and extra working hours.

Is a typical organizational structure that divides a corporation into
various departments according to limits of expertise, putting workers

It is built on tiers of hierarchy with several departments operating


under the control of appointed leaders.

they enable teams of individuals with similar skills to work together

Company recently ran into some issues that
need to be resolved.
They can’t hire only employees from the “A
CONCLUSIO CLASS” because some of projects might be
in deserts and faraway places.
N Some of employees had to deal with low
salary and working extra hours without
getting paid more.
The company find it difficult to hire workers
with at least three years of experience.
Therefore, establishing the finest relationship
possible between the company and its
employees will make work easier and
increase productivity.
