Summary

 A Temperature Controlled DC Fan is a system which automatically turns on a DC Fan

when the ambient temperature increases above a certain limit.

 Generally, electronic devices produce more heat. So this heat should be reduced in

order to protect the device. There are many ways to reduce this heat. One way is to

switch on the fan spontaneously.

 This article describes two such circuits that automatically, switches the fan when it

detects the temperature inside the device greater than its threshold value.

1. R. G. Koshatwar  “Remote monitoring and control of industrial parameters using

embedded web server”
2016 10th International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Control (ISCO) 7-8 Jan.
2016

A remote monitoring, control and intelligent are one of the most important criteria for
maximizing process plant availability production. With the development of modern industry
the requirement for industrial monitoring system is getting higher. A system is required to be
able to acquire and process real time data. It is also required to control related instruments to
change those environmental factors and monitoring in long distance so that it realizes modern,
intelligent and accurate control. The main aim of the project is to develop an embedded web
system using ARM11 processor and real time operating system, which enables data
acquisition and status monitoring with the help of any standard web browser. The web pages
which are required for the web server were developed using HTML. This embedded web

Design Methodology

Design Methodology

This project consists of three sections. One senses the temperature by using humidity
and temperature sensor namely DHT11. The second section reads the dht11 sensor
module’s output and extracts temperature value into a suitable number in Celsius scale
and control the fan speed by using PWM. And last part of system shows humidity and
temperature on LCD and Fan driver.

Here in this project, we have used a sensor module namely DHT11 that already has
discuss our previous project namely “
Humidity and Temperature Measurement using Arduino”. Here we have only used
this DHT sensor for sensing temperature, and then programmed our arduino according to
the requirements.
