• He wrote plays and poems
• The picture of Dorian Gray is the only novel he wrote
• Studyed at Oxford and he moved to London and
worked as a journalist
• He was very intellectual
• In the early 1810’s he was one of the most successful
playwriter in London
• he died in 1900, paris

STORY
• Dorian gray is a beautiful, popular young man
and he has a painter friend
•Basil Hallward painted a portrai of Dorian
• Lord Henry Wotton(a friend of Basil) and
Dorian meet
•Lord henry says that Dorian’s greatest quality is
his beauty and youth
•So Dorian start to think that way and makes a
whis that he woudt rather stay have the picture
rot if he stays young forever
•The painting become Dorian’s soul’s mirror
• And picture became ugly(because of Dorian’s
sins)

•The whole book was written
beautifully,
•So, i cant point out a part that
was my favourite
•I enjoyed everything troughtout
in this story
•It is obvious that oscra wilde is a
talented writer

• My favourite caracter is Lord Hanry
• Everyone can relate to this character on some
degree
• He sees the world from many perspective
• He has said really wise things
• One of my favourite quote:

• It has a big moral value
• Very exciting thereí is lot of plot twist in the
story
• It has such a unique atmosphere
