Features- Engine overall

Delphi Efi system,

auto-idling control

DOHC 16V
Silent cam-chain ensures the
design. high
performance,
Fully balanced 4 low noise
cylinder setting, low
vibration

Low noise Light weight

friction disks piston, for better
response of the
engine
Large
capacity oil
pump Engine oil filter
that can lengthen
the life

expectancy of engine
oil
Engine oil routing diagram

Engine oil travels from the

oil pan => oil inlet (metal
mesh strainer)=> Oil pump
=> Oil filter => Oil cooler
=> routing in crankcase=>
to conn-rod, cylinder head,
and transmission
components.

Valve Clearance Adjustment
When positioning #1 piston TDC at the end of the compression stroke:
These valves are released from the camshafts:
Inlet Valve Clearance of #1 and #3 Cylinders
Exhaust Valve Clearance of #1 and #2 Cylinders
Note: Please keep the feeler gauge horizontal to the valve cover to avoid
misjudging by being jammed!

Valve Clearance Adjustment

When positioning #4 piston TDC at the end of the compression

stroke: These valves are released from the camshafts:
Inlet Valve Clearance of #4 and #2 Cylinders
Exhaust Valve Clearance of #4 and #3 Cylinders
Note: Please keep the feeler gauge horizontal to the valve cover
to avoid misjudging by being jammed!

Note: apply some engine oil on the o-ring

before assembly

Oil cooler bolt:

40-45 N-M
Oil drain bolt:20-25 N-M
Losing this seal will cause bubbles in the engine
oil and damage the engine!
We should test the engine oil pressure release valve by screw driver to
see if it works smoothly.
