INTRODUCTION

Organizational structure provides a framework for vertical control and


horizontal coordination of the organization.

The organizational structure is a system that defines its hierarchy. Each


employee’s position identified, including their functions within the firm.

Every school has a defined structure meant to regulate the operations


of its departments.Members of the school are expected to adhere to the
dictates of the structure in pursuit of the stated goals and objectives of
organization. There is a relationship between the managemet team and the
workforce performing formals tasks.The structure of school is meaningless
unless supported by appropriate systems.

 The oldest and the simplest form of internal


organization

 The decision is taken by the owner only.

 Line and staff organization,line executives and


(specialist) are combined together

 The Line executive are the “doers” whereas staff


refers to experts and act as “thinkers”

 There will foremanship ,there will be eight


specialists foreman who will be require to
guide ,direct and control the work

 These are temporarily organizational


structure formed for specific project for a
specific period of time

 Once the objects of a project are achieved


the organization is dismantled

 A hierarchical organization is an
organizational where every entity in the
organization, is subordinate to a single other
intity.
 It relies on having different levels of
authority with a chain of command
connecting multiple management.

 The means to identify and develop pupils’ particular strengths, promoting high expectations by
both teachers and pupils.

 Good relationships with parents, the local community and sources of external support
 The capacity to manage change, solve problems and to develop organically
CONCLUSION
Organizational structure creates a system through which
leaderships can delegate decisions ,identify roles and
responsibilities and define the chain of command. It can help
educators achieve their goals and do jobs in the most efficient and
productive way.
IMPLICATION

A proper organizational structure can benefit an


institution in several ways, including making it easier to
delegate responsibilities and affecting change throughout the
workplace.
It is important that school leaders and managers
understand the importance and benefits of organizational
structure because proper organizing a school can improve
decision making ,create and maintain relations with alike
institutions ,boost learner academic performance and
enhance teacher performance and creativity.
