Abstract
• It is a paragraph which summarizes
the content of the article.
• It gives basic information about the
article such as the scope of the article
and the method.
• It helps the researcher to decide
whether he/she is going to go on
examining the article or not.
Keywords
• Under the abstract there are some key
words identified for the article.
• The number of the key words can be
different but usually approximately 5
words and/or word phrases
• They are used as a signifier for a searching
on a specific content. If any keyword can
easily match with an article, the database
finds and lists that article for the use.
