STRATEGIC ANALYSIS
 It refers to developing a design or approach for
understanding situations in order to solve complex
problems.
 It is a process of conducting research on the
academic/company/business environment within
which an organization operates and on the
organization itself, in order to formulate
strategies.

 It has a crucial role in decision-making. This
generally leads to essential information and the
evaluation and progress of the environment
whether inside or outside the company. When you
plan to make changes into the organization that
you may lead, you need to determine which road
is the best to go.

 It determines the possible opportunities and
threats that may be present as challenges may
occur in strategic decision-making.

analysis is SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses,
Opportunity and Threats) analysis.
 It is a technique for assessing the advantages and
disadvantages of an organization.
 You can use SWOT analysis to make the most of
what you have to your academic or organization’s
best advantage.
