These are duties related to maintaining an office setting. These duties vary widely from
workplace but most often include tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering
phones, greeting visitors and maintain organized file systems for the organization.
Most often these tasks are related to supporting an office, they include phone, emails and
calendar management, internal communications, preparing reports, maintaining office
equipment and office supplies and some human resources functions.
