The Function of BPO industry;
In the BPO industry, specifically the Concentrix Ph, we provide inbound
calls and outbound if needed.
Inbound calls means receiving calls from customers. Sometimes we call them
guests especially if it is related to reservations booking a hotel,flight etc. We
received calls from them to provide great and excellent customer service every
time.
Outbound calls means agents initiate the calls on behalf of the client. Example:
Homecredit, Insurance etc.. They call to sell or sometimes they call to update
you. (Promotion, due date, upgrade)

different cities. It was established in the Philippines in 2007. Started with 25

Convergys. In 2018, SYNNEX Corporation acquired Convergys all shares
and stocks combination of cash worth 2.43 billion US dollars. Now, it is a
wholly-owned subsidiary by SYNNEX Corporation. Integrated with

Concentrix is very generous to the Booking.com employees. Every month they offer
an incentive up to Php 5,000 if you pass the Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Every
week they offer Over-time incentives up to 2,000 pesos. Perks or special discounts in
watsons, H&M etc., HMO and you can enroll up to 3 dependents. In June as a
participation of Family day, Concentrix PH gives us perks to choose where we want
to go to celebrate family day choices are Manila Ocean park, Music Festival and
Enchanted Kingdom for free with plus 1 each employees. Every month they conduct
special events like concerts, movie marathons and many more.  Booking.com is a
very stable client of Concentrix PH. Booking.com has great back bones to continue its
