KPI Definition-1
1. Injury Rate (IR) = Number injuries (External medical treatment) x
1,000,000 hrs /Actual hours worked(all people located at location)

2. Lost Workday Injury Rate (LWIR) = Number injuries (lost days) x


1,000,000 hrs / Actual hours worked(all people located at location)

3. Factory Rate- (Actual STK2.5-Direct material cost)/Total actual earned

4. DL Productivity - Total earned (standard) Hours / (Total Direct Paid


hours) : non-worked paid hours included (such as Vacation hours, sick
hours, parental)

5. OTIF - Number of deliveries in time (Machines leaving factory) / Total

6. Supplier delivery accuracy - Number of item lines on time (100%) /
Total number of item lines.
1. Delivery accuracy; -7/0 calendar days. It is never ok for
the supplier to change the date, for us it is ok to change
the date as we want.

7. Inventory turn - Total cost of goods sold last 12 months rolling


(landed cost) / Average stock value last 12 months rolling – we should use
finical data

8. FQC Defect rate - Produced defect quantity (end of line test) / Total
produced quantity
