NAME & ADJECTIVE


• Objective: To allow participants to know each other early in the
program
• Procedure: Participants think of an adjective to describe how they
are feeling or how they are. The adjective must start with the same
letter as their name, for instance, “I’m Henri and I’m happy”. Or,
“I’m Arun and I’m amazing.”

• Speevo Industries LLP is a leading Ceiling Fan Manufacturing unit headquartered at


Jamnagar, Gujarat and was established in year 2017.

• PARENT COMPANY : Our parent company, Silver Consumer Electricals Pvt. Ltd.
(SCEPL) has been our inspiration and role model all these years. It is well recognized
and has won multiple awards for Pumps and motors manufacturing as the flagship
company of Silver Group.

•Leave Policy & Attendance

•Timings : 9:30 am to 6: 30 PM, with 30 minutes Lunch Break.


•3 Late Punch = 1 Half Day
•Half day would ONLY be considered if the employee has worked for 4 full hours.

Paid Leaves : All confirmed employees are eligible for 1 leave on every 20 working days. Max 24 leaves will be carried forward in the
next year. It will be calculated on prorata basis.
Leave Encashment to be paid for 24 leaves, at the time of FNF.
