    1 Achieve Production Target :
    a.Routine patrol, take data logsheet in right time and actual condition
    b.Additional patrols were carried out shortly after and before overshift with other
    teams for equipment pumps, compressors & heaters CDW unit
    c.Follow sharing knowledge
    2 Saving Production cost :
    a.Maintain the steam ejector, by monitoring the control of PC-2089 and press
    vacuum. Coordinate with Panelman CDW
    b.Make sure no leak condition in CDW area that causes over use for steam, H2
    gas, fuel gas, utility I/A, Nitrogen & water
    c.Manage load compressor & Finfan CDW
    3 Zero HSE Accident :
    a.Emergency drill / fire drill
    b.Control Safety Work Permit (do gas test & monitor every work in CDW area)
    c.Quick response and responsiveness in handling emergency conditions according
    to Standard Operating Procedures and SPV instructions
    d.Perform routine work correctly and precisely according to a predetermined
    schedule.
    4 Enhance Culture :
    a.Conduct program health awareness (jogging, badminton dan fitness)
    b.Finish inhouse training
    c.Participate & support activities for company advancement, factory development
    and team togetherness (team meetings, team building, family gatherings)
    d.Keep good relationship & communication in team, different department & RU II

    5 Innovation di Kilang LBO
    a.Give ideas, suggestions and input in modifying of several things, either the
    process, supporting equipment or additional equipment in LBO by the SR ESP
    program
    b.Support in running the SR ESP program in the team and department
