INTRODUCTION
In this text I’m going to take about home schooling VS
traditional schooling, and which one is better for the children
and why is it and in which case we need home schooling and
which one we don’t. And we are going to ask some questions to
define what I said.
3
HOMESCHOOLING?
• Some families choose to homeschool because their local public education
system is lacking in areas they feel are important. Some families are
unable to afford a private school setting. Religious beliefs and parents’
desires to develop certain character qualities in their children also make
the list.
5
• Freedom to teach your child the way you want to teach them and let your child learn at their own pace.
• Freedom to live by your own rules and go by your own schedule, and…
• Freedom to soar ahead academically!
• Other things:
• Lack of Peer Pressure
• Lack of Substance Abuse
• No Risk of School Violence
• Higher Academic Achievement
• Homeschooled Students Turn Into Successful Adults
Q4) DO PARENTS NEED 6
QUALIFICATIONS TO HOME
SCHOOL?
• Each state requires home-schooling parents (or instructors, like in co-ops)
to have certain qualifications. For many states, the minimum homeschool
requirement for parents is to have a high school diploma or equivalent
(like a GED). The parental qualifications will be outlined when you look
up home school state laws.
Q5) WHAT ARE THE CONS AND 7
MY OPINION
• I’m not really with the idea of home schooling because the child will not
know how to talk with other kids he/she’ll be terrified of them. He/she
will be alone for along time. You could use the home schooling after the
kid getting older so he/she will be used at least a little bit to other people
this will be better for them.
