PROCEDURES AND
OBSERVATIONS

Measure two (2) equal parts of milk.
If you are using powdered milk,
dissolve it first in tap water.

Place the milk samples in separate
clean and dry drinking glass and
cover.

Place set-up A inside the refrigerator.

Label the glasses of milk as A and B.

Place set-up B in a safe corner at room temperature.
7 Take note for any change in the appearance
of the milk.

6 Leave the two (2) set-ups for 2 days.
