• List of Judges and assign committee per system • Final list of participants per system • Schedule of Activities (Judging and Awarding) MECHANICS: • IA Vegetable Garden Competition is open to all Irrigators Association of NIA – South Cotabato IMO. • The garden will be located in the auxiliary and embankments of NIA- SCIMO irrigation canal. • The entries should have different varieties as indicated in the criteria. • The gardening activities will follow the approved cropping calendar plan to allow canal desilting activities. • The Activity will involve planning implementation and evaluation to exercise the Association’s organizational skills, creativity and utilization of available resources. MECHANICS: • First evaluation will be on __________(30% of the total weighted score) and final evaluation will be on ___________(70% of the total weighted score). (See attached timeline of the activity). • Grand winner shall have a total weighted score of at least 70% • First Runner Up shall have a total weighted score of at least 65% • Second Runner up shall have a total weighted score of at least 55% • Consolation prices will be awarded to the participating IAs with a total weighted score of 50%-54%. • The decision of the judges will be final and irrevocable.
