maintains overall health and activity.

• Flexibility
BENEFITS OF EXERCISE
• While doing exercise body makes chemical that can
help a person feel good, it can also help people sleep
better.

• Exercise can help a person age well, this may not seem
important now but your body will thank you later.

• Exercise help people loose weight and lower the risk of


some diseases.

• Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues


and help your cardiovascular system work more
efficiently.
