Following are the points for which the need of our services is being introduce.
Local physical footwear stores facing decrease in business due to an increase in the online
purchasing trend.
Unavailability of hybrid online store with physical service center.
Physical stores having Lack of Variety and availability which is one of a cause of customer return.
Majority of online businesses capturing by reputed brands charges higher prices.

Online web based Mega store integrated with many small physical footwear stores centralize with physical service
centers which would help all cities local stores to integrate into a single inventory based system where buyer can see
large variety @ affordable prices with free service, easy to return & replacement availability.
What are the potential benefits of the product/service you intend to introduce?
Delivery @ Customer’s door step also can visit physical service centers in case of any issue related with the
product, easy to return and repair facility.

Operations and Production plan
• Mega store motor bikes with box installed in and small car would engage
for the product collection (changes based on per kilometers) as well as
Product store can be deliver directly to Mega service center as per the
agreed terms.
• Delivery to customer would be arrange by Mega store also customer can
visit directly to the service center upon arrival of the product at the service
center to check their size, fitment, ordered design & quality of the product.
• As order are placed by the customer and the allocated product supplier has
indicated to deliver the product to the Mega store service center or Mega
store collection team will collect the product from their store (depends on
the agreed delivery terms) by which customer can collect the product
directly from the Mega service center as well as delivery can be arrange
customer door step via transport service as per online order requirement.
