Schools are being held accountable for students learning and what they
know. However, schools cannot do this alone. This is where school and
community partnerships come into play. In these different partnerships
students are given the best opportunities to succeed in school because the
community can sometimes provide resources that schools cannot really
afford to provide. In a personal interview with Mr. Bob Cartwright, he said
that, "in tight monetary times, the financial advantages to the school are
apparent" (B. Cartwright, personal communication, September 30, 2008).
What are their roles in education?
TEACHER- Teachers play an essential role in education, most especially
in the lives of the students they teach in the classroom. What defines a
teacher is his/her ability to teach students and a positive influence on
them.
Generally, the role of a teacher in education goes beyond teaching. In
today’s world, teaching has different faces, and a teacher has to carry out
the part of being an external parent, counselor, mentor, role model, and so
on.

COMMUNITY- Community is essential to quality outcomes of
children. A community provides an important relationship environment;
promotes belonging, a sense of identity and learning; supports active
participation in the world and continuity of learning; and connects
children and families to supportive relationship and resource networks.

SCHOOL CULTURE- School culture has an important role in
maintaining and maintaining commitments that have been agreed so that
all activities carried out at school can run well following the vision and
mission and goals set. This will not only have a positive impact on the
school in general but will also have an impact on the development of the
teacher's professional abilities themselves.

ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERS- Organizational leadership is a
multifaceted academic field of study that focuses on leadership in
organizational contexts including professional, business, and other applied
fields. Students of a well-rounded organizational leadership program can gain
skills in the key areas of interpersonal dynamics, team building, and
leadership methodologies. Sound organizational decision-making can help
you make the right choices for the organization or individuals you collaborate
with in your academic career.
