over –stimulating resulting
in anxiety, panic, seizures,
headaches, stomach
cramps, aggression and
paranoid.

A type of drug that slows
down brain activity, which
causes the muscles to relax
and calms and soothes a
person.
DEPRESSANTS
Examples of depressants
include;
 flunitrazepam
 pentobarbital
 butabarbital
 alprazolam
 diazepam
HALLUCINOGENS

 Hallucinogens are a
diverse group of drugs
that alter a person’s
awareness of their
surroundings as well as
their own thoughts and
feelings.
WHERE DOES IT COME
FROM?

 Some hallucination
come from mushrooms
and other plants
(Cannabis, Salvia).
