In our research on PVC pipes manufacturing, we conducted primary data

collection from two individuals.

We conducted in-depth interviews with each focal person to gather their insights on various
aspects of PVC pipe manufacturing at Sukkur Plastics.

o Sukkur Plastics are the manufacturer of Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC)

Pipes.
o The plant is located on the Industrial Area Sukkur.
o They started the operations in 2016 and now they are covering almost
all the Interior Sindh.
2 Product

o The plant is specialized in manufacturing of

the PVC pipes only.
o Their pipes come in different sizes based on
the diameter of the pipe.
o They produce all the sizes from 0.75 – 8
inches.
3 Production Process

o Process the PVC Resin(raw material) in machine that creates PVC Resin Pellets.
o Input the Pellets in Extrusion Machines that creates PVC Pipes
