 FINDINGS
1 In terms of the level of seriousness of the crime of
theft committed, it was viewed as serious, and the
majority of minors are involved. The most common
times of committed theft cases in the area happen
during the day rather than being guarded by night.
Moreover, theft crimes committed in the area are
viewed as moderately serious.
 FINDINGS
2 The respondents generally agreed with those factors,
and among the eleven factors, lack of parental guidance
is the main factor affecting the commission of the crime
of theft.

3 Strict implementation of curfew hours and crime

prevention strategy are the main action plan of the
PNP personnel in reducing theft incidents in the area.
 RECOMMENDATION
The police personnel conduct more police visibility and patrol at the crime-prone
1 areas in the area to deter criminals from committing similar crimes.the police
personnel should also provide a program like, providing a stable and supportive
home environment with strong parental involvement and supervision that would help
the children venture into various types of negative behavior,

Those community residents should be aware of the problems in their families.

Proper guidance should be given to their children and other members of the
2 family, allowing them to be more knowledgeable about the possible solutions
to their problem so that it will not be a factor in the commission of the crime
of theft in the area.
