Ocean

An ocean is a is the largest body of


water. Earth has five oceans.
Sea
Seas is a body of
water that
smaller than an
ocean and they
are often
partially
surrounded by
land.
Lake

A lake is a large body of water that is surrounded by


land. Lakes contain less than 1 percent of the world’s
fresh water, but they are a very important freshwater
source.
Laguna Lake
River
A river is a large natural stream of
water that flows into the sea.
Cagayan

Pond

A pond is a body of water smaller than a lake. Ponds support


wide range of wildlife: ducks, turtles, swans, small fish, frogs
and lilies can live in a pond.
Water can also come from underground. It is called
ground water.
You can get ground water by using pump.
