Analysis of circuits with MOSFETs
The analysis is carried out using superposition:
DC analysis:
For every transistor you have to find all currents and all terminal
voltages → VS , VG , VD , ID , IS . ( IG = 0 )
Then compute parameters gm , ro .
AC (small-signal) analysis: Express the amplifier in the canonical form, finding Ri , Ro , Avo
