STUDY OF OHM’S LAW
Objective
• Study of Ohms Law.

Equipment
• 12V DC Source.
• BreadBoard.
• Resistor.
• Ammeter.
• Voltmeter.
Theory
• Current
 Rate(t) of flow of charge (q) through a conducting medium is known as electric current (I).
Or
Charge (V) flowing through a conductor perunit time (t).
I= q/t

• Voltage
 The potential difference between two points.
 Voltage is an electrical term and a measurement of energy in an electric circuit, which searches to push
electric charge around a circuit.
Theory

•Ohm’s Law
Ohm’s law states that the voltage drop through the resistor is proportional to the
current flowing through the resistor.
V ∞ I (R=constant)
Or
Current through the resistance is proportional to the applied voltage and inversely
proportional to the resistance under constant temperature.
I∞V
I ∞ 1/R T=constant
Ohm’s law graphical representation
• Electronic Breadboard
 A breadboard allows for easy and quick creation of temporary electronic circuits or to carry out experiments with circuit
design.
 Breadboards enable developers to easily connect components or wires thanks to the rows and columns of internally
connected.
Procedure
• Write step by step the procedure of construction, explaining the
working of circuit.
