US WITH JESUS
 Filipinos by nature are
friendly, respectful, and
peace-loving people.
 We always strive to avoid
conflicts and strive to maintain
good relationships with others,
We value the spirit of
bayanihan showing your
concern for others and our
desire to be united.
After Christ's ascension, His disciples
started forming the first Christian
communities They strictly followed
Christ's teachings and examples and
became closely united to each other.
Every day, they increased in number and
continued spreading the good news
salvation preaching the gospel, praising
God, and eating meal together.
The Eucharist is the greatest way
to grow in Christian life.
 Every time we celebrate the mass, we
demonstrate the seven essential actions that we
are encouraged to practice in our day-to-day
life.
1.Being Sorry -
The celebration begins with
calling to mind our sins and
telling God that we are sorry
for them, and we apologize
to those we have hurt.
2. Listening -
Listening to God's
words in the readings,
the homily, and the
PRAYERS.
3. Caring - Showing
care for other people and
their needs expressed in
the Prayer of the Faithful
or Prayers of Intercession.
4. Thanking - We thank
God for everything He has
done for us especially for
sending His Son. We thank
Jesus for giving Himself to
us.
 5. Making Peace - Through a
handshake or a kiss of peace we are
making a declaration that we have
forgiven those who have hurt us and
return asks forgiveness to all we have
hurt.
6.Sharing - In Holy
Communion, God our Father
shares His life with us We are
expected to share our life with
others.
7. Going Forth -
We go forth into the
world taking with us,
Jesus' message of love,
peace, and healing.
If the Eucharist unites us with
Jesus and we become one with
Christ
We must make an effort to live in
communion with the member of
the parish and every other
Christian community.
