It is now 2032, and India is experiencing intensive
growth in various sectors, with many new AI
technologies being introduced to the market.
Industries are now frequently using AI to find
solutions to their problems, and some Are,
performing well and contributing significantly to the
country’s development and GDP. As India
experiences growth in various sectors, AI
technology is playing a critical role in driving
innovation and development.
With the increasing availability of AI tools and
solutions, industries are finding new ways to
optimize their processes, improve efficiency,
and generate revenue. While many industries
are readily accepting the new AI technology
and coming up with innovative AI solutions to
persisting problems, customers in the market
are still not aware of the benefits of AI. This is
where the Best Marketer comes in. In this
round, you have to catch the attention of the
customers and make them aware about your
AI products.
ROUND 2
DESCRIPTIO
N
The round consists of two aspects i.e. budget
allocation and marketing pitch. You will be acting as
the marketing manager of your company and you'll be
provided with a list of AI pitching tools and techniques.
As the marketing manager, you'll be required to design
a marketing campaign to pitch to your top-level
management using the tools and techniques that you
select during the round. The participants will be
judged based on how effectively and efficiently the
product is marketed, whether it is budget-friendly, to
what extent it solves the problems, in what ways they
are providing benefits to the customers, and how
creatively they use the marketing tools and
techniques.

ROUND
1. 2A:
The participants will be given 1.5 lakh digital rupees to buy the given tools
and techniques.
2. Minimum 2 and maximum 5 tools/techniques need to be bought within the
budget allocated.
3. Budget Allocation:-
● For the round of budget allocation, you will be provided with an Excel sheet that
will have the given marketing tools and techniques from which you have to
choose and allocate the required amount as per your judgment.
● Keeping these in mind, you will have to accordingly fill out the sheet and present
us with your budgets.
● For cells that are of no use and are separate from the given information to you,
you will fill in “0”, and not leave them empty or add any other character, in order
to maintain the formula used in the cell.
4. Participants are advised to spend their entire budget during this round as
this amount won’t be required for further rounds.
ROUND
1. 2B:
Participants are required to prepare a marketing campaign for
the product or service that they’ve created in the first round by
using the tools and techniques that they’ve purchased in round
2A.
2. Participants need to prepare a presentation of 2-3 slides in which
participants will dedicate one slide in their presentation to justify
the tools and techniques that they have selected during the
budget allocation round.
3. Each participant will be given 40 minutes in total to prepare the
slides and submit their presentation to the organizing
committee.
4. The pitch should not exceed more than 5 minutes.
5. The Organizing Committee’s decision will be final and binding on
all the candidates.
6. Use of any kind of unfair means is strictly prohibited.
7. Participants will have to mail their presentation, along with a copy of
their budget allocation sheet to thebelfort2023@gmail.com within the
stipulated time.
