Steps to compress pictures in office

documents:
1. (Within a document e.g. Word/Powerpoint)
Double-click on any picture to view the
Drawing Tools-Format menu Figure 1
2. Go to left-hand side “Adjust” box – Click on
the “Compress Pictures” icon (Figure 1) Uncheck this optio
to apply to ALL
3. Choose the resolution you want for ALL the pictures
pictures in the document (Figure 2)
