Audrey Hepburn was an award-winning actress, and was considered to be the third greatest actress of all time. She also became a fashion and cultural icon, and continues to be so today. She was also a magnificent humanitarian. she served as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador for several decades. Hepburn was born in 1929, and died in 1993 but remains a much-loved legend.

We cannot close ourselves offand ignore the fact that millions of people are out there suffering.

Angelina Jolie helps refugees, disaster victims, and orphans. When she was 31, she began work with the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees in Sierra Leone in 2001, the year she became a goodwill ambassador. She has effectively used her stardom to highlight world problems. She donates one-third of her income to charity, and her three children adopted. In addition to acting awards, she has received wide recognition for her humanitarian work. She became the first winner of the UNs Citizen of the World Award.

Joy is a net of love by which you can catch souls. A joyful heart is the inevitable result of a heart burning with love.

Mother Teresa began the humanitarian work in 1950 and for over forty years, she looked after the poor, sick, orphaned, and dying. She won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979. If you agree that they are great people in the world, can you tell what makes them great? Or what makes you think so?

From our discussion, I can see that the feature that is most important in making a person great is not beauty, wealth, or position. Its about whats inside you and what you can give, to contribute to the people, and to the world. The inside is what can make people great.

Is a great person perfect? Suppose that someday, the person you consider great did something unexpectedly disgusting, such as picking their nose in public, talking rudely and spitting on the street. Would you still think that he/she is great? Is it possible for a nobody to be a great person?
