About G20

 G20 is a premier forum for international economic cooperation

 It plays an important role in shaping and strengthening global architecture and governance on all major
international economic issues

 G20 Members – Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan,
Republic of Korea, Russia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States and
European Union

 G20 members represent around 85% of the global GDP, over 75% of the global trade and about two-
thirds of the world population

India’s G20 Presidency

 India has officially assumed G20 presidency from Indonesia on


December 1, 2022, for a period of one year

 India is expected to chair more than 200 meetings across various


thematic areas and working group meetings which would be led by
various ministries.

 Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) is working


with Education and Employment track.

 MSDE has appointed NSDC as nodal agency to cooperate and support in


conducting specific tasks under both tracks of G20

Key Tracks of Jan Bhagidari

 Defining Activities for Jan Bhagidari Event


 Finalizing the list of activities (suggestive activities mentioned in annexure) to be conducted at institutional
level
 Preparation of activity calendar by fixing one activity per day for the Jan Bhagidari Event

 Identification of Institutions
 Finalization of the duration of the Jan Bhagidari Events for the State of Maharashtra & other States/UTs.
 Identification & mapping of nodal district-wise institutions (ITI, JSS, Polytechnic, PMKK etc. ) in all the
States/UTs
 Identification of anchor institutions in the States/UTs

 Onboarding of Institution & Report Collation
3. Creation of a Portal/Microsite for the registration of all the identified institutions across the States
i. Capacity Building of the institutions to make them aware about the Portal/Microsite & related features.
ii. Creation of the profile of all the identified institutions on the Portal/Microsite
iii. Daily online reporting tool capturing the key highlights of the activities conducted (No. of participants, type of
activity, photos, social media coverage) through an online form on the portal/microsite only.
iv. Functionality on the Portal/Microsite for directly posting the event coverage (photos, content etc.) on social media
(twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.) through auto populated tags by the institutions
v. Functionality on the Portal/Microsite for the Admin & Anchor Institutions in the State to view the State-wise
Dashboard (No. of Institutions, No. of activities conducted, no of participants)

5. Creation of a mobile based application for the registration (capturing of basic details like name, gender, age,
education qualification etc.) of the youth participating in the activities across the State
i. Functionality of generating online certificates of participation through mobile based application only
ii. Functionality on the mobile based application for directly posting the event coverage (photos, content etc.) on social
media (twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.) through auto populated tags by the participants
iii. G20/NSDC specific Photo frames
iv. Functionality for putting the updates about the activities scheduled in different districts within the State.

7. Designing of standardized branding collaterals for the Jan Bhagidari Event
i) Putting the branding collaterals on the Portal/Microsite for the participating institutions
ii) Social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn to promote Jan Bhagidari and encourage
people to participate.
iii)Public service announcements (PSAs) on TV, radio, or online platforms to promote a particular cause for
encouraging youth to participate
iv) Creation of appealing infographics and videos that explain Jan Bhagidari activities and how people can participate.
v) Collaboration with local media outlets like newspapers, radio stations, and TV channels

iv) Instructions to the institutions to access & use the online portal/microsite for daily reporting purpose.
