Different Departments and their Layouts
 There are two floors in the Store
While the ground floor contains all the basic groceries which include food, detergents
and a few other daily need goods.

 The customers need to use a single escalator in the side which takes them to the second floor where it
mainly consists of heavy goods such as backpacks, suitcases, utensils and a row filled with stationery
goods. Then there is another single escalator which is in the complete side of the other escalator which
the customers need to use to go down.

 When you enter the store, there is a section for all the drinkable liquids such as soft drinks,
shakes and water. Then there are two other refrigerators where there is Frozen Veg and Non –
Veg food, right there is also a section for all the diary products.

 Then when you go forward to the left you will see isles with all kinds of snacks.
 Then to the right there are isles with daily need groceries such as detergents, soaps etc. Then
when you go down again and see to the right you will find a few masala’s, fruits and some
loose groceries being sold. Then beside them are the checkout counters.

 As you make your way to the upper floor you will be met with isles packed with backpacks and
suitcases. As you move forward you will find isles filled with Stationery and to the right you will
find some heavy goods such as utensils used in the kitchen. Then to the end beside the escalator
which takes the customers back to the ground floor there is a store room and besides that is the
staff room.
Nature of the Products offered for Sale

 There are many types varying from snacks to backpacks including utensils,
detergents, soft drinks, stationery etc.
Display of Fresh Arrivals

 Through the back of the store the fresh arrivals are stored in the store room from
where the stock is supplied to the store based on the demand
Promotional Campaigns

 The store used to do Promotional Campaigns extensively before the pandemic but
still continues the campaigns in the nearby area using pamphlets, which has
proven to be a extraordinary move as the amount of customers has increased in
the recent months
Spaces and Advertisement

 The store has a few advertisements inside showing their offers to the customers
and the amount of money they can save if they shop huge amounts to get huge
discounts
Assistance by Sales Personnel

 There are sufficient amount of staff in the store who provide help if any needed to guide the
customers around the store and explain them about their offers. They also guide customers through
billing if the customer is unaware of how to do so. They make sure every customer has a great
shopping experience.
Billing Counter at the Store

 There are 6 billing counters at the store with one being out of service at the moment. All the
counters are equipped with Card Swiping machines which accept both Credit and Debit cards
and they also have facilities for other modes of online payments such as UPI and they also
accept raw cash

 They also have attractions near the counters such as candy, chocolates and also ice creams.
There is also a unique attraction which includes bread products.
