What is a Franchise?
A Franchise is a form of business in which a firm that has a successful in service or product ( the franchisor)
enters into a contractual relationship with another business.
While there are disadvantages of Franchise there are some advantages, some of there advantages are:
Its costs may be higher than expected. This will affect the franchisee‘s potential to make a significant profit
If the franchisor goes out of business this will have a direct effect on the franchisee.
We all want to know why there are so many fast food restaurants in out country, community and even parish
well it‘s definitely not to support obesity but ot is a quick and easy way to get a meal with the the rise in
technology,people don’t have the time or energy to cook as they used to.
Franchise pays rent and property taxes to utilities, restaurantspumps a lot of cash to the local economy. It
also generates reuenue of over$570 billion dallors.
It provides jobs for people with low and high qualification so that they can generate a source of income.
