    HOW IT’S
    MADE
    1. Pour sugar into a pan and let it boil
    2. Shred the phyllo dough once more
    3. Melt butter and mix with the dough
    4. Add milk and continue mixing
    5. Press one portion of the dough and add the
    mozzarella on top
    6. Add the other portion of the dough and distribute
    evenly
    7. Bake until golden brown
