What is its purpose?
1. Recognize and understand the hazards that might arise from
all the related work activities.
2. Ensure that the risk to people arising from these hazards are
assessed, prioritized and controlled to an acceptable level.

What scope it covers?


1. Site routine and non-routine activities.
2. Hazards originating outside the workplace capable of
adversely affecting the safety and health of persons within
the workplace.

Mengenali dan memahami bahaya yang mungkin timbul
daripada semua aktiviti kerja yang berkaitan.
Memastikan risiko kepada orang yang timbul daripada
bahaya ini dinilai, diberi keutamaan dan dikawal ke tahap
yang boleh diterima.

SKOP
Aktiviti rutin dan aktiviti tidak rutin.
Bahaya yang berada dari luar tempat kerja yang mampu
menjejaskan keselamatan dan kesihatan orang di tempat
kerja.

Responsibilities:
1. HOD of SHE Department= Review Significant Risk Register.
2. Safety & Health Manager= Review and approve JSA.
= Monitor the implementation of the identified
risk control measures.
3. Construction Manager = Review JSA.
= Instruct the implementation of identified risk
control measures.
4. Engineer/Supervisor/Sub-contractors/Work Package Contractor (WPC)
= Develop the JSA.
= Comply and implement the applicable risk
control measures.
5. Safety & Health Officer / Supervisor
= Assist the Engineer/Supervisor in developing
the JSA .
= Monitor the implementation of applicable
control measures.
