 Introduction
In this powerpoint i will be completing a work placement with the local
football club in its administration department . i've been asked to
produce spreadsheet to manage information about the clubs season
tickets holders. Also i will design documents for a spreadsheet.
P1 - What are spreadsheets
used for?
The use of spreadsheets is that it helps you
create,analyze data and organize.
Spreadsheets can help you with a lot of
everyday tasks. The 3 main general uses of
a spreadsheet is that to create
budgets,produce graphs and charts also
storing and sorting data.
The two spreadsheets should be designed for different
purposes. Examples of the different uses a spreadsheet
can have are: (select two)

 What is the purpose of my
two spreadsheets
The purpose of the first is about how long i've spent
revising for my homework, this is good because i can
keep on track how many hours i am doing. However in
the second spreadsheet the purpose is that i'm keeping
on track on how much the cost of football gear so i know
i don't overspend or anything.
