Believe in yourself
Believing in yourself
means having faith in
your own capabilities.
It means believing that
you CAN do something
— that it is within your
ability. When you
believe in yourself, you
can overcome self-
doubt and have the
confidence to take
action and get things
done.
1. Be your own advocate.
 If you don’t believe in yourself others won’t
either. No one else can make things happen
for you. Be the person to yourself that you
need. Certainly others can help you on your
journey but you need to lead the cause and
find the determination to get through . 
2)      Surround yourself with
the right people. 
  The
company you keep will make a difference
in how you feel about yourself and the world
around you. Choose people who see your
potential, who focus on the right things and
support you in achieving your dreams.
3)     Be Strong.
When you believe in yourself and take
risks to achieve your goals you will grow.
The more you successfully move through
situations you will know you can do it and
you will be less tempted to wallow in self-
doubt and cave to defeat. Like a muscle, the
more you use self-belief the stronger it gets
and the more naturally it will come to you.
4)     Face your fears. 
We are all afraid of change at one point
or another but change is uncontrollable.
Instead of giving into your fears, face
them head on and know that somehow,
someway you will survive no matter how
overwhelming the situation might be.
Look at scary situations as an adventure
and an opportunity to learn.
