• The desert or arid climate, is dry

climate subtype in which there is
severe access of evaporation over
precipitation .
The typically bald, rocky or sandy surfaces in
desert climates are dry and hold little moisture,
quickly evaporating the already little rainfall
they receive.
WHICH COUNTRIES HAVE
ARID CLIMATE ?
Arid regions of the world are typically in subtropical
areas, including central and western Asia, the Middle
East, Africa, North and South America, central and
northwest Australia.
This climate is mainly found 30 degrees north and
south of the Equator due to global wind patterns, but
other factors can cause an Arid climate.
