ROUTE MANAGEMENT

• For within city services, the delivery personnel reaches the main
office-warehouse in the morning and every delivery boy is given with
parcels according to their predetermined areas.
• Truck uses counter delivery system between cities.
• For example, the truck came from Lahore to Multan region to deliver the
parcels will bring parcels from Multan for Lahore region at return.
ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT

• Customer places order at M&P center.


• Before the placement of order, the company checks the sensitivity of the package or product to
be shipped.
• The software is centralized and conveys messages to the related personnel about order
fulfillment.
• Order fulfillment duration is specified by the customer;

REVERSE LOGISTICS
• In case of damaged and faulty products, the company brings back these products from the
customer to the supplier
