This document is an approach note submitted by ETA Consulting Pentair to partner them in
change management in leaders and managers for being more effective in working towards a high
performance organisation

Saandeep is an Excellence Coach and Trainer. Belief in human potential for excellence led him to
explore and learn about Human Behavior and Results. His journey started with Landmark Forum,
Certifications in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Asia Leaders Forum by New York Life University,
Emotional Intelligence from Six Seconds U.S, Practioner Certificate in NLP, Certification from
International Federation of Coaching and NLP Coaching Practices, Extended, DISC and Life Orientations
Methods, and he is now pursuing Transactional Analysis. He is engaged with clients for coaching
assignments for senior executives and delivers leadership & development programs.
Saandeep brings to the table a unique blend of understanding of Human Behavior and Business
Leadership Practices to the participants when he conducts workshops for Leadership Development and
Managerial Excellence. In these years he led initiatives in creating and establishing Sales Practices,
Performance Management Systems, Team Management, Coaching, Strategic Alignments.
Saandeep completed his formal education with an MA in History and then a Masters in
Management from XIMB. He started out in his career from the front line ranks, and in his last
assignment led a cross functional team as the Business Head for ICICI Prudential Asset Management.
He has donned various leadership roles in a career spanning 25 years for large multinational
companies like ICICI AMC Electrolux India, Max New York Life, Modi Xerox and LML.

Subhashis Banerji �- Facilitator
Post-graduation from IIT Madras, worked in corporate world for almost 15 years, NLP Professional(certified by
probably the best Guru in the World Dr. Dick Mchugh) & on Leadership through Schuitema (South Africa),
attended Art of Living, OSHO, Appreciative Enquiry (by Dr. Roland Sullivan) & Landmark Forum.
Has an I.S.C. (University of Cambridge); B.A. Honours (English Literature & Psychology); M.A. (English); B.Ed.
(University of Delhi): PGDTE (Post Graduate Diploma in the Teaching of English); M.Litt. (Master of Letters � a
research degree in English Language Teaching) from CIEFL, Certified by the University of Cambridge, Involved
with every aspect of Communication at all levels � teaching/training trainers and examiners,
developing/writing/publishing material and evaluating � for more than 29 years now
