actions automatically . They can also be controlled by some external
means designed in a human from 
History and Use's 
• The idea of making an robot came from some of the task's that were
nearly impossible to be done by humans 
• The first robot development took place in 1954 named ultimate by
George Devol but he shortened it to the first robot company
Unimation
• Then came the programmable universal machine for assembly
(PUMA) developed by Unimation .PUMA was widely imitated, and
its descendants, large and small, are still used for light assembly
• In 1980's the robot era entered a phase of rapid growth the courses
were spread in the whole world in a very fast way 
Some people think robots and automatic machines are the same but no
they have many differences let make a look on them

• Most robots use sensor which
help them to adapt theiractions
to the environment which
enable them to carry out
complex takes
• They don’t use and kind of
sensors so that’s why they can
only perform the tasks they are
made for and cannot adapt
human environment. 
Components of robot 
• Robots usually use sensors to interact with the human environment
and develop a friendly and human like behavior 
• Robots can easily move because of their electronical components that
help in providing power and controlling machineries
• Some robot's shape and size are developed in a manner that they can
accomplish only a single task very efficiently
• Robots have a specially designed program which determines how a
robot can complete its tasks .it  is a complex series of action that are
carried out automatically
