 Your mail id, windows login id, VSS and project server login ids will
be same

 Your mail id display name should be in the format of

Firstname_Lastname

 Mail ids list: we have team@satnavtech.com and

team@gmrwebteam.com where all the mail ids are subscribed.
Only authorized people can send mail to these ids. If some one is
not receiving mails from these ids please inform us

 You can find all SatNav related links in your internet favorites. Like
Amantra, SatNav mail, GMR mail and Project Server links

 After login press Ctrl+Alt+Del select change password

option then give your old password and new password in
the fields

We have 10 Servers

 SatNav: In this server Windows login will be created and File server
 Linux: Which we are using for internet access and firewall
 WebServer: Few of Amantra demo sites and roadsofindia.com live
site running through this server
 SatNavdevserver: Our local development and project server and
amantra will run through this server
 SatNavcc Server: It is our cctv server. It controls all the cctv
camaras.
 MapServer: This server dedicated for Mapping team. it has all the
mapping data and digital images
 Backup Policy
 We have backup policy for all the servers and important data
depending on the data modification as daily weekly and monthly.

 Member of core team will have access permission to keep their

important files and folders in Satnav server

 For other users their profile will be stored in local system where they
logged in.
 System related
 Logging into different systems other then allocated to you is
prohibited.

 Lock the system and switch off monitors if you are going away from
the computer

 Shut down and switch off the monitor before leaving.

 Internet Related
 Inter policy has applied based on system wise.
Unnecessary sites are blocked for all and yahoo,
gmail …. for only core team

 Daily report will be generated in server who

accessed what site at what time and the time he
spent on that site.

 Unnecessary downloads are restricted, will have

info in server.
