Problem

• Lennie cannot tell the difference between right and wrong.


• This means he doesn’t know what he is doing most of the time is
wrong.
Solution

• George must kill Lennie and end an important relationship to


protect Lennie from a more painful death by torture and other
things by the others. Even though this solution is graphic, that is
the solution.
Conclusion

• In conclusion, no matter how hard you plan, any one thing can ruin
everything.
Things I took away from this book

• Friendship is a complex thing.


• No matter how hard you plan, any one thing can ruin everything.
• The Great Depression was a time of suffering.
• The poor keep getting poorer and eventually they die through
suffering.
