 Start up
 Check reagent is enough, waste is not full, power and communication
cables are connected well.
 Power on computer.
 Power on analyzer.
 Run LWD6500 software. Input user: Admin, password: 123456.
 Analyzer will finish initialization automatically and Start up time is about 4
minutes and 50 seconds.

 Sample analysis
 Click here, choose Whole blood or Prediluted mode, CBC+DIFF or CBC.

 Whole blood mode
 Mix blood then just press ASP button to start analysis.

 Prediluted mode
 Prepare an empty sample tube for collecting Diluent.
 Click “Add diluent”. Analyzer will change into “Add diluent” mode.
 Let ASP needle in tube, press ASP button one time.

 Prediluted mode
 Aspirate 20 µl blood.
 Clean outside of the collecting needle.
 Dispense it into sample tube.
 Mix them.
 Click “Sample analysis”.
 Press ASP button to measure prediluted sample.

 Click here, input information of all samples you need measure.
 Press ASP button test samples one by one.
