INTRODUCTION
My name is Devine Gapas in short ‘Devi’, I am 26 years old and I live in
Calamba City, Laguna. I stay here with my parents and with my siblings,
I am the third child of 4 siblings, and we have family business which is a
subcontract company making of interior design furniture's and lights. My
sister graduated accountancy, my brother is architecture, they are both
helping to our business and my younger brother still studying of multi
media arts. I am the third child and I graduated of BS Industrial Engineer
in UPHSD Calamba. Since college I am actively in school activities and
new learnings to help me grow as professional. I have worked as an
Industrial Engineer and Production Team Leader or Production Engineer
for 3 years in different companies. I feel comfortable working with the
team and I also enjoy working on individual projects, I have deep
understanding about continuous improvement, time study, layouts,
costing, problem solving analysis and system data management. I have
been primary involved in production a lot and engaging to different
department/fields, talking to customers, reporting to big bosses and
managing and supporting my subordinates to each of their projects. I
have led 11 industrial engineers and I enjoy it leading them to reach our
goals and KPI’s and training them from what I have learned thru to my
working experience. Not only I am passionate about the field, I also lean
towards creative activities such as photography, dancing and travelling .
In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, exercising,
listening to music, taking road trips and bonding with my family and with
my pets.
