I am Lalaine E. Adanza-Ole, 28 years of existence.

I am formerly a Junior High School Teacher for four
(4) years at St. Peter’s College.

Since we were kids we’re trained to make a living

to meet both ends. My experience taught me how to
deal with different kinds of people.

As a young person, I still have inadequate

knowledge and experience in teaching. To improve
my skills and techniques in teaching my students, I
will continue to learn further.

-Teachers use a lot of problem and thinking skills in

teaching and learning like reflective thinking, creative
thinking, intuitive thinking, discovery learning and many
others.

-believed that knowledge should prepare the students

-foresaw schools and students worked creatively,
collaboratively, and independent of their age.
The illiterate of the 21st century will not
be those who cannot read and write,
