Monitoring
• Monitoring was a difficult task, as the person lived in a different
city. But I had discussed with her brother to prevent her from going
off the Diet Plan.
• However, I talked to her on phone call for 14 days & asked for
updates.
• Before and After photos were taken of the person.
• Clicking photos was also a difficult task since the person is too
Introverted. And being a psychology student, I didn't force her for
the photos.
outcome
• According to her, she followed the diet strictly, but from the looks at
the photos and Video chats, I don't think she is telling the truth.
• She may have followed the diet for 4-5 days, after that she might have
gone rouge.
• On the weighing scale, a small difference was seen.
• Outcome is- It is tough to lose weight in such a small span of time
with an unprofessioal dietican.
• Another outcome is a diet plan is only a piece of paper until followed
strictly.
• If she had followed the diet plan with honesty, she may have loss a
good amount of weight.
Her Experience

Her Experience- It was nice I liked some foods in the plan like Toast, vegetable frankie
and all and all the other food tasted bad. I also enjoyed our calls & sessions where we
talked about mental & physical health both. It was a good experience with Priyanshu but I
don't want him as my dietican ever again, lol.

Ps: The person is introverted & doesn't feel comfortable infront of the camera
My Experience

It wasn't that great....I had to re-search alot about diet. I even looked up for japanese diet
(I took reference from it). Monitoring was hard. I wanted to get some images but she
refused, still I managed to get 2 photos. And as a dietician it was a good experience and
fun but not great.
I learned a thing or two from it as well like diet requires a commitmentand not everyone
can follow a diet.
Thank you for listening!
