The Community of Faith Development Corporation
(FaithCor), a company registered under the
Business Corporation Act of the Province of British
Columbia, Canada is dedicated in delivering the
environmentally friendly, sustainable and inclusive
Magnificat Community Development Solutions
(Magnificat) to eradicate poverty.
FaithCor operates a digital media platform via a
Joint-Venture Agreement with Magnificat Central
Credit Cooperative (MCCC) in the Philippines. MCCC
serves as the central source of social, economic,
fintech, management, educational and (agricultural,
industrial and medical) scientific solutions for the
Philippine Cooperatives (Co-ops). Magnificat will be
replicated in other developing and least developed
countries.
Philippine Cooperatives
at a Level Playing Field with Corporations
The Local Government Code and the Cooperative Code provide the following
benefits and privileges to the Co-ops:
 The earnings of the members are exempt from the 20% Withholding Tax.
 Purchases of individual members from merchant members are exempt from
12% Value Added Tax.
 Importation of Co-ops are exempt from Customs and Tariff Duties.
 Co-ops organized by government employees enjoy the free use of available
space in their agency, whether owned or rented by government.
 The Net Surplus of the Co-ops is allocated to finance the free medical
services and education of the members and their dependents.
 Co-ops have priority in leasing government infrastructures.
 The Supreme Court had ruled that conflict with existing laws and regulations
shall be resolved liberally in favor of the Co-ops and their members.

Business Model: Digital Advertising
Clients are provided with Business Analytics (BA) to make fast,
accurate and timely decisions based on the data acquired from the
transactions of the Co-ops. BA will provide clients solutions in
absolute values generated by Artificial Intelligence based on the
background information, accurate projections of economic,
financial, social, political, market and weather conditions.
Examples:
Producers down to the level of the small retailers of consumer
products could determine the economic order quantity of raw
materials and finished products based on the preferences, demand
and location of the target markets.
The current and projected prices of rice, corn, coconut, coffee, sugar
and other agricultural products are accurately calculated for local
and international sellers (including the small farmers) and buyers in
the physical and futures markets. This will also guide the
government as the buyer and seller of last resort to maintain
stability of supply and prices of agricultural products.
